It's funny, so many players think that the nano blitz is the key to having a good defense. Well, it's not! There are many ways to beat the nano.

1. quick pass out of the gun

2. slide protection - press L2, then press up, down, left, or right on the left thumbstick

3. hot route the FB or TE to stay in and block

4. motion WR and hike the ball when he's behind the line and he will stay in and block

5. quick snap before the opponent can set up his nano

The keys to having a good defense is picking the correct formation and knowing what the play you're picking is designed to stop. Also, you must mix up your play calling. If you blitz on every play, you're going to get lit up.

yes these are the best ways to stop or slow down nanos but who wants to do them every play it takes you out of your offense...but good good advice...nanos are a big deal this year and i cant be mad at them caus there is a trophy for nanos haha soo...nanos are really effective and great in moderation in certain situations but wat u posted is how to slow them down caus good nanos have 2 ppl coming and not jus 1 up the middle.

u dont see the **** QB sacked in .5 seconds..maybe in the middle of his drop back or ONCE the LB gets thru and sacks the QB before a hand off....but the way u mafuckas play, u nano EVERY FUCKIN DOWN.....u dont see that s***, if u have in ONE NFL game, send me link and ill shut up....

like buddah said, there's a trophy for it this year, so you can't really get mad at people doing nanos. i know it can be annoying when it's done continuously, but it is beatable!

people who knock nano blitzing dnt have the intelligence to set the s*** up. I complained about RC, because i didn't know how to do it, but when i learned how to do it, I did that s*** myself. hey maddengamer, i'm just telling you that being a level 18 doesn't mean a whole lot around here. there are a lot of very good players on this site that don't play ranked games, but are extremely good. i'm not saying you aren't good or anything, i'm just telling you that throwing out your level won't scare many people off or anything.

Who cares what age you are. Most people who are good at Madden start playing when they are young.
