| Try this: 1. run all of your offensive plays from the same formation. why? so he can't key in on what you are going to do. 2. pick pass plays that you can get the ball out quick and that are effective vs man and zone. why? to burn the blitz and frustrate him. 3. put your favorite plays from this formation into your audibles. why? so you can read the defense and adjust accordingly. Let me know what you think. | |

| Good idea. I think either singleback or I form trips would be best formations for this. | |

| I played some one who did this it worked pretty well but some times it was kind of easy to predict cause they'd be running the same plays | |

| that's what brazil is saying, don't run the same plays too many times in a row. if it's one of your favorite or "money" plays, only use it in certain situations. moderation and diversity is the key in play calling. | |

| I like to use the gun doubles formation. It spreads the defense and makes my reads easier. It also gives me just a little more time to get the ball out. And most importantly it gives me plenty of plays that are effective vs. man and zone. | |

| I agree with the same formation idea. You got to keep the defense guessing. It almost too easy for the defense to know to just drop back in pass coverage if you are always in the shotgun. | |

| gun doubles:
Is it going to the TE running an in route? Is it going to the HB running an angle route? Is it going to the slot receiver running a crossing route? Is it going to the TE in the flat? Is it that lone run play in the formation? Is it play action, then deep to the slot or #1 receiver? Is it the HB option? Is it a screen?
You can't tell because I run all of these plays out of the same formation without motion or hot routes.

| Running this scheme will allow you to quick snap. This will not give him time to set up his nano. | |

| All of my audibles are from the same formation, so when I call an audible it is very fast because the players never have to move. | |

| The real key to this scheme is to practice running these plays over and over against random defenses in the lab (practice mode). This will teach you how to read the defense after the snap and allow you to get the ball out quick, to the correct receiver. | |
