| Ok, I have a story to tell, I was playing online against this guy who was the Green Bay Packers.. I score 2 quick TD's and the guy quits the game before the second half.. well everything is cool.. so I play the computer to finish up the game.. well the computer scores 1 TD intercepted for a TD, I'm still up by 3. So I play it safe and try to run the ball, Adrian Peterson fumbles and they run it back for another TD and the computer winds up winning the game, and giving the guy which I was completely was demolishing the win!! Does anyone else think that if someone quits, you should be able to quit and receive the win? that's the way it is on my NBA2K9 game and it surely should be on madden. And just to let you guys know, I'm not a bad player who is complaining about the game, I am 24-12 but I still think if people quit they are forfitting and should receive the loss instead of having to play the computer to finish out the game because then ANYTHING can happen. So please tell me your opinions on this and tell me I'm not the ONLY one who feels this way. | |

| I agree or they should let you pick the computers difficulty once someone bounces so that if you want a competitive game or just a win you can choose once the crying baby leaves | |

| He doesn't get a win u both get losses. He gets a loss for quitting and u get a loss cuz u lost to the computer. | |

yeah i seen he didnt get the win just now, but still it sucks because i should have got the win against him after all i was playing him and not the computer i dont play madden online to play against the computer. | |

| Just quit and don't count game cuz a lot of the time this year u will win vs the computer after someone quits and u still don't get a win.. Its a waste of time playing the computer even if u do deserve the win like u did in this situation. | |

| yeah I do agree it is a total waste of time and madden should definitely fix this it seems as if the other person gets rewarded for quitting, or disconnecting | |

| They should have a quit game and take W option.
If you need to beat the comp for a W, just come out in twin WR in a nice play action play. If they're in zone, there will be a cb in the flat with no WR. In which case I audible and run it up the gut. If they're in man, there won't be a cb because he will be on the other WR. Toss it to the flat or to the TE for easy big yards. You can do it the whole time, I had like 300 receiving yards with JerMichael Finley. | |

| The reason you can't always recieve a win straight away is to stop players from win trading, although if your up big in the second half you can pick 'quit and count game' and you will recieve the win straight away... | |

| Really? I thought in previous years it said "Stats will be counted, but your record won't improve" or something. Did they change it? | |

| Yea they tell you before you continue with the game that if you lose that the loss will be counted against you..99% of the time the player is able to beat the cpu. You just happened to fall under the 1% that happened to lose to cpu this time. I'm sure 9/10 you will end up winning that matchup you just had bad luck this time.. | |

| yeah, i'm pretty sure quit and count game will give you the win. i wish you could at least supersim after the other guy quits/discs, just to speed it up. sometimes, i want to get a second game in, but i'm stuck playing the cpu | |

| Alot of the time when they quit the computer is like 12 times better than your opponent that quit!! Lol. | |

| I lost to the cpu on the second day of the game before I had the game down LOL. My opponent disconnected when it was 0-0 at halftime I think. | |
