Dallas Scoreboard?

What do all you think about Dallas Stadium's scoreboard? Was it a stupid idea to put it that low? Lemme hear your opinions

i dont know if it was necessarily too low haha or the fact that it is monstrous but yeah there def gonna have to raise that up cause every punter is gonna hit it

there would be nothing funnier than a punt hitting that. what the hell would the players do? i think it's the funniest thing in the world when pros get confused, they just look so funny. i personally hate the cowboys, so i hope they get in some trouble for it.

EDIT: I just found an article, apparently the titans did hit it on a punt.

Yea in the preseason game the titans punter hit it.. Idk if the cowboys were clueless tho.. Sorry. They just blew it dead and re did the play. But yea they are gana have to raise it a tad.

Yea they did hit it I saw it on sportscenter... The ruling is a do over.. They just re play the down, its dumb that its as low as it is and jerry jones said the punter has to be trying to hit it in order to hit it but punters job is to get hang time and that's what they do is kick it high.. I hope someone does damage to it so jerry jones will have to pay to fix it and then pay to have it raised.

Honestly, I think it'd be pretty cool if they just left it like that, and if a punt hit the scoreboard it counted.

A wall in baseball is not the same thing as a scoreboard in football.. A wall is supposed to be in play, a scoreboard in football isn't, if they did what u say they might as well start the xfl again!

K would a better example be the flag pole at comerica park, which has actually knocked back a few home runs? and it's in play?

jerry jones actually had their punter on the field to test it out before all this nonsense happened, and the punter NAILED IT. the screen sits at 90 ft about above the field, the fucked up part is that the NFL has a height limit for obstructions and its only 85 ft!!! so theyre not in violation, but the NFL needs to change their s*** up because punters are better these days. the cowboys punter TOLD jerry jones that he could kick the ball 100ft up on a regular punt....

ok folks, in case3 you haven't thought of this, if a punter kicks the ball 100 ft up and on its way to inside the 20... HES THE s***! buit now he cant do that! the higher you kick the ball the more time you're giving your coverage team to smother the return man. now with this fuckin big screen over the field, puinters have to keep their punts shallow, giving return people a great window of opportunity.

so basically... jerry jones just fucked up his punter. PUNTERS ARE PEOPLE, TOO!

The flagpole is retarded too! I hate it! Its asking for injury, someones gona hit it eventually and **** their face up like aaron rowand style.. Putting the scoreboard in play in football is an XFL type move, u really sound like ur not a real football fan ur an entertainment fan, maybe u should stick to wrestling!

i heard that the cowboys can be forced to move it if some group says so. i forget what their name was, but they said on sportscenter it would probably happen, and the score board will need to be raised.

Yea its the competition commity.

Its almost like hitting the catwalk in a dome. Ball is still in play. He had the scoreboard at that level so the fans could see it. I wouldn't want to have my head up in that position for hours if it was raised. Just asking for a stiff neck.
