3-4 defenses

Hey guys i was just wondering what 3-4 defense you guys think is the best or what 3-4 defnse that you use for certain situations.

3-4 is a pretty good solid defense. i personally love the ravens defensive playbook because it has predator. if you think it is a run inside, do an inside blitz. if you think it's a pass, drop some back, or blitz like crazy. you can't really go wrong with the ravens playbook
