| It seems that everyone is on the speed back bandwagon (felix jones, chris johnson, mike vick) and thinks that they cannot run the ball without a RB over 90 speed. This is not the case. It comes down to patience and play selection. I use the skins and west coast pb. There are a lot of stretch/counter/inside plays in this pb and portis loves these plays. Make sure you shift your line in the direction you are running and then just follow your blockers. If a defender comes up try and tackle you just plow him over with the highlight stick. Its pretty simple. Portis is fast enough to get outside and once he gets one on one with a corner back or a safety then its game over. Ray Rice/Willis McGahee are the same way. Theyre speeds are 85 and 88 respectively but i love using slower backs. They bring more power to the table and i love dropping my shoulder and running over defenders. | |

| Well I play as the Cowboys and using Felix as the RB and Barber as the FB is deadly. | |

| I'm so tired of Reggie Bush and Chris Johnson you need the whole team to tackle them if you can catch them! | |

| i mean.. im not complaining. you dont see me posting s*** on here asking "how to stop felix, ap or bush" like some of these other kids are... i aint got no problems im just posting my observations. some of these fools will start their backup over a starter for just a few extra points of speed. | |

| i dont think its necessarily that there speed backs, but also guys like C.Johnson and AP and Felix have really good offensive lineman ratings so the holes are opening up and when u get free with any of them there gone | |

| They all have their achilles. AP fumbles so much, and he does in real life too. CJ can't break tackles if you get your hands on him, so just make a solid tackle and don't overcommit with hit stick. Felix I haven't played that much, but Madden slobs his knob for some reason.. despite playing well in just a few games vs bad defenses. | |

ive played against only 1 player runnin wit felix.. all he has is his speed.. dude could just cut the corner and get good yardage.. but felix wont b as good this year as he was last year.. but AP hasnt been fumblin very much when i play against him.. hit stick wont do s*** on AP.. its strippin him when dude uses highlight stick too much that kills him.. | |
