Need help with giants playbook need a labbing partner 360

I'm trying to use the giants but I only know a few of there plays and tend to lose cuz of that if anybody knows how to use there playbook I would appreciate the help. I also need a labbing partner my gamertag is blackheater thanks

I play with the giants and for defense i use a cover 1 man or just plan cover 1, most of the time it works
