anyone have this happen to them

I was playing a game as the redskins vs the eagles, it was a real low scorer (won it 5-0). the problem was that if the eagles ever went 3 and out and were in field goal range, they would just punt it into the stands. this happened 3 times where the eagles were on their 19 yard line or better and they just punt. the game couldve been a lot more competitive had they kicked those field goals

no, i havent messed with those sliders, just the injury and fatigue ones

I play on xbox 360 console anf the same thing happens to me, I was playing with the raiders vs bengals, I was the raiders, the bengals were in the red zone, like 18 yd line, instead of kicking FG they punted all game long, I think its a glitch
