Whats a good stategy for baltimore?

Im not a very good runner,im solid,not great. I like to pass more but dont have 2 many options. Any plays that constantly work? Is there a better pb to suit them/me


On defense, are they talented enough to play man coverage? I generally do not blitz unless I KNOW they will run. Should I blitz more often. I mainly use zones(90%)

For wildcat, is it a good idea to engage 8?
