Favorite every down def play

If you run one play a lot more than any others or more than normal what play and what formation do you use

ummm i play with the steelers... steelers pb, right now im having success with 3-4 over sting pinch zone with the line shifted left. Flipping that play and shifting right works but has less success, mainly because james harrison is a lot better than lamar wodley. depending on who ur playing against(assuming you either know the team you're playing well which i suggest u should or u can pick up on the weaker side of their oline on the fly) i would suggest rather than flipping the entire play, flip ur olb's in the formation and u should get some pretty good pressure. I usually get a sack or 2, and at the least i can hurry up the qb and get a int. aside from that play, i love the blitz. Good run defense is the key for me so i give em a healthy dose of the blitz, mainly outta the 3-4... though im also coming to like the nickel 1-5-5(only suggest this if u are deep with lb's) in this set im usually finding the weaker side, not exactly weaker oline but the side with less blockers, and reblitz 1 lb and 1 db. This combo for me most of the time seems to confuse the oline and sends either the lb or db in completely free. Maybe i went a lil too far into that 1 maybe not. You can overload on 1 side and then when your opp plays that 1 side you got a TE/HB on the other Side.

pk ..... def=defensive play. i usually run a play from odd split called monster 3 and make adjustments from there depending on what the offense is doing.

3-4 solid cover 3

my favorite def is anything that allows patrick willis to lineup next to a de and just burst to the qb lol. ive intercepted hb pitch TWICE!! this guy is simply amazing

there is no exact play i used. nickel 3-3-5 shift the line right or left, reblitz them then move willis to the line. its not a real nano because it doesnt work everytime but its effective on most run plays that require a handoff for an outside run.

i found a 4-3 nano under norman 4-3 the s*** is so ill that's my qb killer play
