Hey you guys!

Hey guys, Im just introducing myself. Ive been playing Madden since '94 on Genesis. I just got a PS3 and '10 is my first next gen Madden so I may need some help getting up to speed. I like to use the 46 defense but I havent been able to really get a running game going or a good passing game. Im a rush first kind of player, any suggestions on playbooks? Plays? Also, is there a way to turn off the acclerated clock, its WAY too fast for me.
