Try Oakland's playbook. I ONLY use the Vikings and have found a lot of nice running plays and money pass plays in this book. It also has some Wildcat formations too. Gotta sub Percy Harvin in to take the snap though... he's money.

You still can in 3-4 if you nickel or dime. 3-4 has the best cover 3 plays. I just modify it a little to stop pass and run.
