1) What is best playbook to use on defense?

2) What defensive plays should you run?


I use a mix of teams, usually using Philadelphia's offensive playbook. But on defense, I have no idea what to do.

- Usually I play against a guy, and match him point for point. I can never get that stop though, and one mistake is game for me.

- I need help stopping teams' offenses.
