when ur lookin for a quick dumpoff to ur runningback u want him to make a play and everyone will take speed over power anyday when ur runningback is one on one with a linebacker in the flats .

ok but try a speed back against patty willis in the flats.. u r more likely to get by him wit a brandon jacobs not darren sproles..

I think that both will have their strengths and weaknesses. I could roll with either.

Ignorant people in here i must say! use whatever running back you want there is no upside in this situation at all..especially saying powerbacks over speed. you give me reggie bush or adrian peterson in the flats i will promise you they will not get stopped by that first defender. Even if my boy A.D has 69 carrying they dont call him the cashier for nothing he runs hard everyplay thats whats good!!!
