Jay Cutler not dissing fans.

Jay cutler recently stated that denver is a 6 n chicago is a 9 on his scale but these commments werent directed towards fans in a recent interview he had. he explained what he meant.

CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler said Saturday that comments about the Denver Broncos that he made during a recent radio interview were aimed at Denver's training camp, not its fans.
Cutler, traded by the Broncos to the Bears in the spring, sought Saturday to clarify comments he made in an interview earlier in the week, when he had given Chicago a nine and Denver a six on a scale of one to 10.
"Denver's got great fans," Cutler said following the Bears' workout at Soldier Field before a crowd of 27,793 fans. "I wasn't saying anything about their fans."
Instead, Cutler said he was comparing the two team's training camps.
"I was saying stuff about our camp at Bourbonnais [Ill.] and just how expansive it is and how much money and effort and energy they put into it down there," Cutler said. "We get 11,000 fans on a Saturday. If it wasn't for the fans coming out like that, we wouldn't have to have such a big camp.
"Every NFL team has great fans. That's why the NFL and football is the No. 1 sport in this country, because the fans are great everywhere we go."

Cutler said he heard that Denver fans booed former Chicago quarterback Kyle Orton during a Broncos scrimmage.
"It's a tough situation," Cutler said. "With [former coach] Mike [Shanahan] gone, new coaches, they've got pretty much a whole new roster out there. It's hard for the fans. They're coming along, but it's early. It's early in camp.

yeah they booed Orton because he isn't Cutler! I think the bears are a team to reckon with in the NFC and have a good shot at the super bowl

I say in 2 yrs bears will be serious playoff contenders every yr. B4 they make a run at the superbowl we need safeties. But I'm glad cutler came out with this statement to clarify what he meant.

IMO, all they need is at least 1 WR to have a breakout year.. they already got a pretty good pass game in forte, olsen and clark.. but they need at east 1 WR to breakout this year and they could b contenders.. tinoisomoa will help out that d more than hillenmeyer or any other LB would(besides urlacher and briggs).. decent play from the secondary would help out greatly..

Cutler said he had a stronger arm than elway. Which he does cause they asked how do u compare to elway then he went on to say he is no where near elways level. Elway has a tremdous understanding of the game n defenses. Plus the media asked hima quetsion about denver vs chicago n he answred the media make a big deal out of it so of course he gets attention its not his fault the nedia makes a big deal bout everything.

Lol well put ecko. I dnt think ppl realize cutler doesn't look for attention. Media is just always in his face b/c he's a bear now n anything he says they want to blow it up.

the bears need a big wideout if they want to win... hester isnt great and wr , hes great at kr and pr.

Cutler had WR and TE for days 2 throw 2 in denver he has a TE 2 throw 2 for the bears not sayin he ain't goin 2 do good but his go 2 guy was a 6'4 200 somthin pound WR name marshall the bears don't have a go 2 guy yet
