Putting Xbox 360 Horizontally or Vertically ?

Which one do you perfer ? ive heard both ends of the story and people say that putting ur xbox 360 horizontally heats it up faster ,but people also say that putting ur xbox 360 vertically leads to even more problems like scractched disks and the risk of it getting knocked over .



but the pros of it is if u put ur xbox horizontally there wont be risks of scratched disks

and the pros if a vertically xbox is that ur xbox has two sides for air to flow through

what do u guys think ?

I put mine horizontal.. When I first got it I put it vertical and it scratched my madden but it was madden 07 I think the first madden on next gen and it was a terrible game so I wasn't too mad but it was a lesson learned..

I have mine horizontal, mainly cause the shelf it's on isn't tall enough to be vertical, and I have my 6 year old cousin over a lot, and I let him play it. I have a feeling he'd knock it over if it was vertical.

Horizontally always.

Having it knocked over while it's vertical, or even slightly bumped will cause the cd to scratch.

I tried it horizontal but heated up alot So I keep it vertical
