Broncos quarterback Kyle Orton received a warm welcome from Denver fans during a Thursday night practice at Invesco Field.

The crowd of 13,000-plus loudly booed the former Bear when he threw two interceptions and badly misfired on a pass to receiver Chad Jackson.

Orton has been installed as the starter, for now, following an offseason trade that sent quarterback Jay Cutler to Chicago.

He won't be bood when he takes them to the playoffs!

well denver fans boo everyone sometimes they even boo each other !

No I'm pretty sure it was because he looked awful...Here is some more.


Orton has struggled on deep passes in camp, and had the same problem Thursday.
On a post route, Gaffney was open but Orton underthrew him and Champ Bailey and David Bruton recovered to knock away the pass.
One of Goodman’s interceptions was on an underthrown deep ball. Goodman returned his other interception for a touchdown.


Fans arent stupid. When you bring in a QB that everyone knows sucks and during the off season practices and now during training camp he cant throw the ball accurately hell yea they are going to be pissed and boo because they know they are in for a long season.

Hey ballhawk I'm the only one making a bold prediction in the nfl.. Everyone else is just naming all the favorites to win.. This is the division to make a bold prediction tho and when the broncos win the afc west u won't be laughing at me.. We need a bold predictione thread but I can't start a thread cuz im on my phone..

lol im glad we bear fans dnt have to deal with anymore missed deep balls being underthrown n leaving potential points outta reach. well gud lluck denver fans its gonna b a tough road to the playoffs.

theres bold and then theres dumb.. im not sayin they wont make it just cuz of him.. they dont have good d at all.. the bright spot is the secondary.. but i mean i dont see a way for them to make it to the playoffs.. havin the chargers in the same division dont help either.. now they got merriman back and merriman will scare the piss outta orton haha.. orton will b on his ass every play

Lol orton didn't do jack in the superbowl. I'm surprised u even type dat in lol. Orton checks dwn a lot so dnt b looking at to many polays dwn field eddie royal n knowshon will get a lot of touches b/c of ortons playing style n possibly the TE SCHAFFER.

The topic has to do with him being boo'd by the fans during PRACTICE. Hence the song about "Why we sitting here talking about practice." Get it?

hahaha well if u remember correctly orton didnt play in the superbowl.. thats when grossman was the starter.. grossman was the QB in the superbowl..
