It is all about taking what the defense will give you. This technique will give you a 5- 15 yard pickup against any man defense on a consistent basis.
It also works well against Bump & Run Coverage and the
blitz.
To give you an example of how this play works use the Tampa playbook Weak INormal Formation (Quick Slants)
1. Hot route fullback (L1) to a streak.
2. Hot route Halfback to an out route (triangle+R1+left on d-pad)
3. (Optional Step) Hot route Tight end to stay in and block
4. (Optional Step) Hot Route left WR to a drag (triangle + square +right
on right analog
5. Snap the ball and throw the ball to the halfback right when makes his
break to the outside
This should be an easy 5-12 yard gain

sweet I have been using this alot lately its good to get an easy 2nd down

I tried these out from the Tenn playbook they leave the RB really open since most of the time he is guarded by a LB
