Good strategy?

I use cover 3 a majority of the time when im on defense and when i expect run i use the audible type thing to blitz a LB or all of them, is this a good idea? if not, i would love some suggestions on what i should use

Its a good idea man, maybe not blitzing all of them, but playin a MLB and tryna contain the run with your mlb, your d-line and 1 OLB blitzing. or if you got a feel for it then do it how you want it. the best way is to user stop the run and i cant even do that yet. I just know cuz ppl tell me n stuff gl tho

A good run stopping D out of the 46 at least is this:

Pinch D-Line
Crash D-line (will only stay permanent for the Tackles)
Contain ends
Spread LB's
Squish the MLB right in between the DT's (if it ends up being a run he'll be right in the middle but will drop back into zone if it is a pass)

This has worked especially well for me throughout the year and is my main defence to stop the Full House... Of course this is only relevant for 2 more weeks.
