There you have it everyone. We officially can say at least 32 ballers have applied to MG. That is a full league in regards to APPLICANTS. At the moment however, we DO NOT have 32 CONFIRMED APPLICANTS.

The "List of 32" noted on the first page will have until SUNDAY, AUGUST 2, 12:00pm eastern to reply to the emails MG have sent out. If you did not receive an email, it is YOUR responsibility to contact a commish. Since we expect you to check these forums at least once a day, MG expects that potential owners realize the onus is on them.

After the deadline, emails will be immediately sent out to those on the waiting list. Whoever responds to their emails first, will be guaranteed a spot in our first ever season. REMEMBER, there are only 22 confirmed spots, meaning 10 spots could be available by the deadline. So keep the applications coming.[/b]

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: MG will consider opening up a second PS3 League if the demand is there. So now, there are even more opportunities to be a part of it all. Our first league filled up INCREDIBLY FAST. Word is getting out about MG. Don't hesitate to sign up today and etch your name in MG history.

but how will we make sure all of these players will b active.. a majority of these players have only had 1 post on this site.. they could just b signin up for this and not play one game.. i just dont want them fuckin up this whole thing

Hey man

That's a legitimate question and concern.

Like you, MG doesn't want this league to head down the wrong paths. I think we can all see the potential in this, and I'm sure we want both the MG league and madden-school to benefit from it. But I want to assure you as your commissioners, we'll be checking up on everyone consistently both before the launch of Madden 10 as well as during the season.

Anyone not committed or unable to keep up will be removed from the league and replaced by the next person in line. For those that have legitimate reasons for not being able to keep up with the schedule, we will always welcome you back with open arms. MG is about making sure we have a fun, competitive, and ACTIVE league. However, regardless of the work the staff puts in, it always starts and finishes with you guys - the owners.

Commish 2ton also hit it on the head. There's been an influx of new members registering to madden-school because of our advertisement on other sites. We welcome those who genuinely want to help MG grow into a well respected league throughout the madden community; and weed out those who don't believe in what we're doing.
