Just seen this on aol's website, and Big Ben is facing a civil suit against him. Above is the website to view the PDF file about the details of the alleged sexual misconduct Big Ben exhibited. If you read it, it states what happened the alleged night and its pretty graphic in detail about what Big Ben did to the lady...If this is truthful, it will be a damaging blow to Big Ben and to the Steelers. first.....i hope Big Ben wasn't this stupid to attempt to rape an employee. if he did....and it is proven...his dumbass needs to go to jail. however...as a clinical psychologist...there are a few things in the statement (that the young lady "alleges" took place) that doesn't sound logical to me.

1. She waited A YEAR to come out and say something....

2. she didnt file criminal charges...meaning she just wants to put him in jail for what he did...but no, shes doing a CIVIL court charge, basically asking for $ in court.

3. She " went to the bathroom to gather herself"

i dont need to go any further....ir ur raped, you LEAVE afterwards, im not a woman, but seems like common sense to me....

even if u take away my 3rd point, she still has the fact she waited a year against her. try proving that in court...like she didnt wash the dress that he "pulled out" on for a full year.

exactly what i said. who gets raped and doesnt go to the police? and who only files a civil suit against a rapist wouldnt you want that guy in jail? SMH that im even talking about this
