Blitz's From Dime Formations

Dime Normal - 2 Zone CB Snake
a) Bump n’ run the coverage. Align the coverage.
b) Pinch your D-line in. Crash your D-line in.
c) Manually control your MLB.
d) Let the offense snap the ball and force a bad throw for the pick!
This play can be a great zone blitz. It is great for forcing the offense into a bad throw.

Dime Normal - Strike 2 Deep
a) Come out from any Normal Quarter play that you would use the 3 Man Rush
b) Audible to Dime Normal-Strike 2 Deep.
c) Spread and Loop the defensive line.
d) Man up your DB with on the offensive WR that usually takes the screen.

Dime Normal - Fox Fire Zone
a) Shift the defensive line to the right.
b) Call bump and run.
c)(optional) - Manually control the weak DE to roam the field with.
d) This play gets pressure to come from an overload.
The confusion created upfront by the unique rushing angles from the defensive linemen
will leave many of your opponents very uncomfortable in the pocket. These unique
angles will be able to break through the line rather quickly on some occasions because
the offensive line is so confused.

Dime Normal - Strong Roll 3
a) Use the LB Rush Package.
b) Call bump and run.
c) Freeze the Defense.
d) Loop the Defensive Line.
e) Man up the Outside DBS
f) Manual Use the Blitzing DBS to Blitz through the line on a timed snap.
Watch for the HB on a screen, if you see it setting up, go for the RB with the blitzing
DB you are controlling.

What do you mean when you say "loop" the D-Line?

the dime also has a lot more zone blitzes that work well.

not really...go into practice and get the feeling of all the pre-snap adjustments.

I like to package my LBs in to the DE spots if I have slow DEs (the Chargers are a good example)

For these blitzes you can get the same heat in two steps:
1.) Crash the Line out
2.) Move the blitzing DBs off the DEs hips.

thats easy to stop just pull ur qb up in the pocket and throw

That's what I want you to do, step up into the pocket, right into my middle LB!

Trust me these R really good 2 use "if you know what U R doing".
