Team Rating vs. PLayer skill

so what do you think is a bigger factor when playing online

ive talked to some of my firends about it and have mixed respons's

i personally think its all about player skill no matter what team anyone is using

Player skill, as in USER skills...i think player skills are more important, cus if u are truly good you can play and win with any team

player skill is way more important... because if u have good plays and the skill to be able to make those plays work u can win with almost any team.. but just an fyi if u have a great record and u only play with the bills and u only play high levels u are one of the best players ever cuz i have to say its kinda hard to be good with the bills

player skill but i admit having certain players help your plays work that much better. ex having goood tightends help alot
