does anyone play alot of gms that seem to lagg on u?????

i played a lot of ppl where the hole gm it lages on me .like when i would b the last to make a tackle b4 a td.
or whenever i hike or b4 i can throw . does anyone else see this problem growing? cuz i do and i dont like to play 09 online that much anymore cuz of all the glitching to keep up with. i think online is fun and challenging but not with the glitchers.
and i dont consider rocket cathing a glitch. i consider that a skill cuz its all about ur skill lvl to get i down good to where it is
almost unstopable.
