How to download the new madden 09 ratings?

IDK if anyone else has had this problem but i cant figure out how to get the new 09 ratings. Any help would be great.

Hook up you PS3, 360, WII, whatever it is you play, to the internet. Then when you go to play a game it should ask you to download roster update. Do that!

If youre playing onlinw then you have the most up 2 date ratings.It updates whenever you connect(i.e disconnect,1st time,new ID)so ur prolly good.If im wrong some1 let me no.Deuces

ALSO- They are done updating the rosters for Madden 09. Have to wait for Madden 10 now.
