| Eagles have traded their 28th pick, 4th rnd pick, and a conditional 2010 pick for the 2 time pro bowl LT jason peters. idk i think id rather them just draft one in the first in this case and save the 4th and next years pick | |

| jason peters is one of the top 3 left tackles in the league. this is a steal for philly, even though people will disagree with me. He is young and athletic. Lineman are very hard to draft. And a lot of first round picks are busts for some reason and undrafted free agents become probowlers at that position more than any other position in the nfl. You get a proven guy who is still young.
Good trade | |

| it is a good trade... hard to find a LT who is that good.. and in that division its even more tough with demarcus ware two times a year and osi umenoiura (dont know how to spell his name) coming back.. this is huge for philly.. | |

| About time philly made some sort of move on something... We'll have to see what they go for in the draft... maybe a RB? maybe another Offensive lineman? or a Wide Reciever? We'll have to see... i personally would like another WR or a RB.. | |

| One of the best tackles in league. Would you rather them draft a tackle and it could be a bust or pick a pro bowler? | |

Good trade i agree with mod all though eagle gave up a 1st round pic they still have the most picks in the draft...u get an established player who only wants to play to protect mcnabb since everyone thinks he cant run anymore...he is a good pocket passer and u cant do anything in this league without an offensive line...i believe the eagles have started to build somethin special around mcnabb and if i may say so myself it is about f'n time they make a move with the most cap room and the most draft picks..this was a steal.

Good trade 100% agree, good move Philly. You can never go wrong with a proven player. Elite lineman like Jason Peters aren't so easy to come by in the NFL

| it was a great move for the eagles. peters is one of the best LT in the game. and now with him and stacy andrews who they also picked up from the bengals. this year mcnabb will have great protection in the pocket | |
