its no one best zone play to stop the run because 1 play cant stop all runs

I like 46 normal cover 3, i pinch the line if theyrun inside and control a linebacker. But 1 play does not stop all runs like swag said

i like 46 normal - gaps fire.
pinch line, crash out, re-blitz both DT's down.
pinch LB's, show blitz.
if they're running toss or sweep, put one of ur yellow zones in a contain (whichever side they're going to.)

im with Mod, but i set mine up different

ultimate run stopper:

46 - normal - cover 3

show blitz (i do this on every play)
reblitz LOLB (right side of screen) and put him inbetween the the LDE and DT
reblitz LDE
put RDE (left side of screen) in contain

enjoy.
