whats up

Whats up guys im new here and just want to improve my game on 09 madden. i stopped playing in 07 and just picked up the game not to long ago. in 07 my record was 160-40 and since i havent played in a year my game has been way down. im currently 1-4 online and im frustraded. i hope you guys can give me soom advice thanks
