i don't run the 4-3 much....but when i did....there are a few plays that are absolute fire when bringing the heat.

You can get automatic outside pressure too with this play. Blitz the DT and DE on the right side of the screen.(or left if you flipped it) Blitz your two blitzing linebackers straight down. Put the MLB in front of the tackle. Look at where your right screen DT is. Shift line left and put your outside LB where the DT was before the shift. He should between the guard and tackle.
