2 counter the dc on a safety when they call a timeout unplug ur internet cord from ur modem not ur xbox for 1-2 seconds and then plug it back in

As he is going to call the timeout you have to pull out your modem cord for 3 seconds and plug it back (Do this 2 or 3 times.)

So on a safety in general, a DC glitch can be preformed? Could you explain how they are doing this to.
