players that hot route almost every reciever into a curl route and just wait till they find one open to beat your coverage? Personally I think its gay cause they are saying they can only read defense and or dont have the ability to stay in the pocket to find someone open. I can see maybe hot routing one or two guys into curls/hooks but all of them seems cheesey especially when thats 80% of their passing game. What do you think?

i mean sure yeah its korny as hell but there is a defense for it...im sure it gets frustrating caus its pointless and shows the inability to read defense and shows u dont have an offense..having 1 wr do a curl is fine but shouldnt be your whole offense.

thats what im talkin about ive played a few dudes that would send all their guys into curls then just find one open. i dunno just seems lame to me.

yeah but that leaves u pretty voulnerable deep, and if he is actually able to pick up on what ur doin he will exploit the cover 2

True. But if they're doing it with evey one of their receivers then it should work, plus it's not like you are run committing and TOTALLY giving up the deep ball, it's just that the deep ball coverage isn't optimal.

true, i guess i just always think that there is a set up to what people are running. but its not always they case, some people really just run the same play with no means of setting u up for anything.

who says they are hot routing them? there is a play in Patriots PB gun 5 wr curls... i think thats what its called i may be wrong but all 5 wrs are on curls, u dont have to hot route anything and i use this play but only for 2 pt conversions or 3rd and short sometimes.

Yea I had someone doing to be in the 5 wr set but then he would mix it up.
I caught on and s*** it down till he started doing draws TO LATE :]

there is a play ALL WR CURLS. but that wasnt what he was doin. I was watching him hot route his recs. and it wasnt in the 5 wr formation, it was either 3 wr 1 te 1 rb then motion his rb out or the 4 wr 1rb and the same thing. But yeah I know the ALL WR CURL play.
