maaaaan...the Broncos have released a 5th starter from their defense. they just released CB Dre Bly. WOW!

I'm not surprised at all considering the fact it was their defense that let them down and lost them the AFC West last season...Sure, in the first half of the season, they were energetic enough to let their offense score more than the defense allowed but that catches up to you over the course of a 16-game schedule....At first, I was pretty upset to hear that Bly was let go, but looking back at his two-year stint, he wasn't that big of a factor and he was eating up quite a bit of money...

The thing I'm most disappointed about is the fact that they released a lot of players that I think are valuable in Madden...I control DT DeWayne Robertson and he's pretty good and I also got a lot of good INTs with players like Manuel and Bly...but oh well, it's all part of the business that is the NFL...

i agree with what you said about the release of players concerning the game play in madden. i got 3 pics in a game yesterday with Chris McAlister.....and.....he has always been one of my main weapons on defense along with Washington on the other side at the CB position. no doubt that my "Dirty Black-Birds" will miss his presence in the secondary on madden.

Yeah... bly wasnt that big of a factor in the denver defense anymore considering how much money he got... I dont think this was a bad move at all.

I just hope that the Raiders can sign either Bly or McAlister. Even thou Chris Johnson has been a good corner this year he still has his problems in zone.

i have always like the Raiders and while we will definatley miss him in Baltimore....i can definately see Chris McAlister in the silver and black.

thats who the Ravens are gunna pick up. he's gunna be the starter until he gets injured.

i was thinking the same thing homeboy! i feel that the Ravens may make a move on Bly for their secondary since they released Chris McAlister. we'll see. if not, they definately need to either draft a CB or....convert SS Jim Leonhard into one.

I hope GB picks up Bly or Chris they are both really good and I think GB needs a 3rd CB.
