Defense to stop pass and the run

Choose man freeze zone out of quarter out of chicago bears defense. Then press the recievers up shift the line in, crash the line to the left (if ur facing the screen), shift the safties out wide, align the players that are man to man and control the LB in the zone. Commit using the ana stick to pass or run depending on what u see.

there is no play caled man freeze zone it is only man short zone

on ps2 there is a play called man freeze zone in the bears defensive playbook

u do not necassirily have to use the bears playbook, there is the same play in most playbooks just under the name man short zone

or u can use quarter 2 man under spy ... pinch the line and ONLY COMMIT UNLESS U KNOW THEYRE PASSING .. it stops run and pass good and if they try to scramble there is already a man on a qb spy.. its like the perfect play

The best kind of defense is cover 2 from Nickel 3-5-5. This play covers the pass well and when u know ur opponent is going to run you can show blitz by pressing triangle and left on d-pad

It's in alot of them. I use bears, and i know for a fact it is in Cover 2 as well. In some it's under the name Man Short Zone.

k. do you have any more good plays like this?

A couple but most require controling a safety, and you gotta be very careful of the deep pass.
