Package: You want your fast RB as the rb

Play: HB Screen

Hot Route the Right Wr to a smart route, increasing his out by about 10 yards
Hot Route the fullback to block right
Hot Route the inside tight end to block left
Hot Route the rb to slant left
Before you snap the ball go to the outside tight end and start him to the left(outside) as soon as he takes 1 step to the left hike the ball

Hike the ball and start moving the qb back and to the right

Reads: The first read is always going to be the screen, but if you are playing a good user who switches to the Lb to shut it down you may have to look past this read. But the rb being on a slant left route may screw him up and you get big yards

Read #2: The tight end, that route he is running is excellent for rocket catching if he has any separation , precision pass high and rocket catch it

Read #3: If the previous 2 reads are shut down you have your wr doing that out route and you can high rocket catch with him.

Now remember this is a running formation, you should try running in it to get your opponent to expect run, then hit them with this play.
