| i dont think that was a smart move on the Bucs part. he has had some really good years with them. it will be hard to find a coach out there that isnt already coaching that is better then him. Except Cowher. | |

| All he had to do was win 1 of the last 4, but couldnt do it. They did a smart thing and fired the GM who was just horrid. | |

| What's up with these high profile, proven coaches being fired? First Shannahan, then Gruden...sure, i know they both led their teams to late season collapses, but do they really think they're going to be better off with other coaches? | |

| I never thought Gruden was a very good coach, the word is that none of the players liked him. Basically he won the Super bowl with Dungy's team and then then the Bucs have sucked since then. | |
