what do yall like best to stop the run...

Well guys this year..i started using a good run d early in the year.then lost interest just because a ton of people pass.but i been using quiet a little more latly.

46-normal inside blitz

46 normal cover 3. Pinch the line and then stunt them out,then reblitz both DT's. File the inside line backers over each DT, blitz the left and spy the right, then control the FS.

i like the 46 SS blitz works well always flip so outside linebacker is covering the tight end or slot reciever just in case of pass and pass commit cuz it stops the run pretty much and if play action hes done

46 bear cover 3, spread the linebackers and pinch the D-line and play as a safety, I get good penetration and good coverage.

anything outta 46 bear or I just use 46 normal weak blitz.

i like running the 3-4 Normal CB Dog Blitz and the 3-4 Stack Thundersmoke with a few adjustments.

i just do a 3 man rush and stick with cover 3's and i can usually handle it with zach thomas if i know for sure its a run i audible to anything run stop

I like using the 3-4 on Running Situations.
