Brady to miss 09???

I was just watching sportscenter and on the bottom line it said that tom brady's infection is doing really poorly and they are going to have to operate on it again and brady might be out next season. This would really bring a at the qb position if brady does miss next season and cassle keeps up his game

cassel keeps up his game??? the season is over. if it is infact true that brady is out next year then we will probaly pay big for cassel or just franchise tag him.

yea ive already read a couple articles and heard a couple people on espn bring up that the patriots are expected to franchise Cassel.

Yea ive heard that Brady might miss next season, Cassel will probably get franchised because the Pats will not want to give him a big contract with Brady coming back

you guys keep talking about the Pats may franchise Cassel. you all have forgotten the fact that this is the same way that Brady got the starting job from Drew Bledshoe.....SEASON ENDING INJURY! can you say....."KARMA?"

True but I can't see Cassel getting the starting job over Brady.

Bledsoe was never half of wha brady is.

LOL thats not exactly what happened with bledsoe.. bledsoe was only out like 6-8 weeks or something like that it wasnt the entire season.. and bledsoe was never as good as Brady is now... I dont see it happening but i still wouldnt be surprised if Brady is ready to play 4 weeks into next year and the pats are 4-0 with Cassel i dont see Cassel coming out... i think itll be his job to lose but if brady comes back after a 4 weeks and we are 2-2 Brady will take his job right back..

i see him coming back mid season atleast. all pats fans dont hate me for this but the longer he is out im happy, and when he does comeback he's just not gonna jump right back in the drivers seat gotta work your way back in the game. insult to injury he bout to marry that dingy broad, fact is tom brady achieved alot in his career but reality is he may never be the same nor play the same. if im on defense and i got the lock on em imma hit that knee so f'in hard that he gonna have to retire. cassel will be the man one day.

Brady said recoverory is going well but we will franchise cassel who doesn't mind being backup

no one in the NFL is trying to end anyones career... That would be wrong and its terrible to say u would be goin after bradys knee if u played football.. thats a foolish statement and its a good thing people like u dont play football...

Brady will be the QB next year no doubt about it,but if cassel would have led them to the playoffs and got a win in the post season the this would be a different conversation

i hope brady comes back cuz moss is my favorite player and he only needs like 1 more good year and 1 super bowl ring to get into the HOF!
