stopping QB SNEAK!!!

im sick of it being like 3rd and 5 and they gain 4 yards and go for it on 4th and 1. i know there gonna qb sneak and they get it every time!!

does any1 have a play that will absolutely shut down the qb sneak???

this wont work but i heard run like gap a on goaline then blitz them all in sum crap idk

goalline blitz. pinch line. crsh line. pinch LB's. user you safety and bring him up next to the nose.

do u want to control your safety or let the cpu do it once u get him to the line??? also does it matter what blitz?

i dont think it really matters who you control or who you blitz. the more people you have on the center the better chance you have.

Listen.
This is the best way to stop a QB sneak.
Use the play Punt Block Zone in Special Teams.
Control your KR.
Make your LB Blitz.
Bring your KR down near the center(Doesn't matter but helps)
Then Run commit down.
It will stop 100%.
If he does PA or toss or fake he will get sacked b4 anything.
If he passes mostly likely there will be a defender bcz there are stil like 3 or 4 in converage.
Trust me this works all the time.

if he does a play other than the qb sneak because he knows your predicting it then hes got an auto TD with that.

yeah... i found a great play. its in the Goaline formation, and it's called Gaps Fire. you dont pinch your line though, u bring ur LB to the LOS and ur reblitz ur FS and bring him up to the LOS, and hold down on R3 for run commit. and u get instant penetration. i like using it for the FB dive, too - without reblizting my FS.

probaly works better and has less risk then the block punt play

ive tried the punt block and it worked for me almost everytime and the one time it didn't work was a lucky catch in the flat

did you really try this out yourself or did you just say to credit Eazy2Good for this? i am just wondering.

i used an idea out of what he posted and it worked. it wasn't the exact thing. what i pretty much did was blitz out of goal line and bring up my safety.

and put your safety where??

i just got burnt 3 times again on him going for it on 4th and 1 it was stupid.

wat i usually do is if its a qb sneak and i think they might fake it just in case i come out in a 46 cover 3...then crash and pinch the line then put all line backers to the middle then manually control the safety...runn commit.

sounds pretty generic to me

bad thing about goal line blitz is if he make a quick pass to the flat he has a big gain.
