Militant said he used the 3-4, so I looked into it (Multi D playbook).

3-4: Under - Weak Blitz 3 (play)

Setup:

1. Pinch line
2. Re-blitz left MLB and place between left DE and DT.
3. Re-blitz LOLB and place behind left DE.
4. (optional) Put FS in flat zone.

I don't have 3-4 in my 46 PB but i might change now to Multiple D after that video.
