help with 46 D.

Just wondering what are some good clutch plays to defend the pass in this playbook, i fell that they can get the presure on the QB but, if the QB gets it off im dead. Any advice?

there are quite a few plays that are good against the pass out of the 4-6....and especially the 4-6 Bear. i suggest that you get the 4-6 Ebook from MS as a starter. that should help you get a good understanding of how to run the 4-6 because....it can be vulnerable at some points....but....it brings the quickest heat in the game. i love the 3-4 defense as well.

i use the 46 not for blitzing but i use it mainly for the intimidation factor in stopping the run specially with teams that have slow wrs and i put 8 to 9 ppl in the box and clogg some s*** up with the flats still protected most the time but get the MS 46 defense guide has excellent 46 plays specially for redzone situations

Same here Buddah. My Blitzing% is only about 23-24% and most of those blitzes are out of Nickel or Dime formations. I mostly like the 46 so that I can scrunch everyone up at the line to stop the run. Although I would blitz a lot more if Man coverage actually worked.

i have a blitz % in the 50's or 60's out've that PB. my defense has been getting better.

i was thinking of getting this e-book to try soemthing new and see how i do with it....but i am really good with the 3-4

I really like the multiple d guide in the 46/ md ebook the 3-4 under cover 3 causes minimal run gains, and has the best pass defense in the game. After you establish the cover 3 you may use blitzes from the same formation catching your oppenent off guard for interceptions. MOD has done a great job.
