NFL playoff simulation?

Anybody interested in doing a MS simulation of the NFL playoffs between week 17 and wild card weekend? If so though i'd prefer for it to only be open to the most dedicated members so we can get it done in a week.

Also playing players who are out for the season would not be allowed. I.E Brady and Burress.

Just wanted to see if anyone was interested.

Signing up: Feel free to claim a team if that team has clinched already. If you wan't to do it but are unsure of what team to use, just sign your name up and say you are undecided.

OK we currently have 14 people signed up which is 2 too many although I'm almost positive that not everyone will remain active or be able to do it. This is expected to be a rapid fire tournament. 1st round games must be played by Tuesday of that week. 2nd round games must be played by Thursday. Conference Championships must be played by Friday. Super bowl must be played by Saturday. If people are inactive I won't hesitate to replace them/Award forfeits so only sign up if you have a free schedule for that week.

Rules:

1. No playing players who are on IR or who are known to be out for the rest of the season I.E. Brady and Burress. Also try to remember to take out players who may not be as important but still should not be allowed because they are on IR. I.E. Rashard Mendenhall and Felix Jones.

2. No Manually Blocking kicks

3. No Defensive Players on Offense and Vice Versa.

4. No doing that post route where the receiver gets open every time.

when will the games be played if its a playoff thing the day of the game?

I would definitely be interested in being the Broncos if we get something like this going...I should have my system back by the end of the week...

Also, I know the Broncos aren't a lock yet but I'm hoping for either a Bronco win or Chargers loss this next weekend...

No, if we get enough people we are going to take the real NFL playoff seedings at the end of the regular season and then play our own Tournament between that Monday and Friday. That's why I said dedicated members only. As in people who are free for that week.
