What are some good defense

What are some good blitz and zone. I use the Cowboys I use Mulitiple Defense and 46 defense

just call cover 3 out of 46, then blitz some linebackers to places were they get through the fasetest.. go lab and try new things

I like 46 bear too, it has some crazy blitzes in it, if you know how to use them

yeah i know 46 bear will work good with cowboys

for pressure out of the 46, flip the play at the screen, then pinch line, the reblitz your linemen, they will be on the left and one will be standing up, then go to the other side and put a linebacker in a contain... easy pressure

i use multi d and ive actually found a couple of good zone blitzs in the 4-3 part of that playbook. recently ive found success with 2 man under, i think its in Dime.

cleveland is good if you dont mind not having the 46

although both the 4-6 and Multi-D books are good. the 4-6 playbook not only has the Bear formation in it...but...it also has the most 4-6 normal plays that are beastly as well. my heart belongs to the 3-4 formation though...lol! i run the Pitt Dbook with my Ravens. The Ravens LBs are BEASTS in that 3-4 defense.....but...i can also run them as well as the Jags in that 4-6 defense.

i think im gona have to try the 46 playbook next time i run with the cowboys cuz they are the only team i constantly blitz with. I dont like playin with them but i play with them if im playin against a legit player that uses the patriots that way i can counter moss with T.O. btw does anyone ever use a corner at FS? ive been stoppin people who constantly go deep with having a fast corner at FS and leave him in zone up top all day.

46 is a good defensive playbook

how do u still get good coverage in the 46 when blitzing like 2 linebackers...need help
