The Longest Drive

i had a whopping.....22 play drive earlier today. talking about breaking the defenses' back.....lol! what has your longest drive been so far?

I have drives of over 5 minutes on a very regular basis and I am not even a clock killer.

ive had a hole half as my drive....

I actually try not to kill much time at all, the longest drive i've ever had is probably about 4 minutes. I like them short and smart

Yeah I've gone a whole half too.

i think mine was 6:22. in part because i was kinda spacing out and/or doing other things, so it took me a while to get a few plays off.

It's amazing. I broke my own record today, haha I had like a 7 minute drive. Basically trying out new stuff, like eckos tips and other shiat

most time of poss... for me is.. 17 minutes.. jajaj

I usually clock in around 12-14 minutes.

eh, i rly couldnt tell u... the faster i get my plays off, the less time they have to think

I like makin em think.

Then I like audibling to another play in the same formation, then just audibling back, and forth, and back.

People freak out cause they think that you'll be going deep or something sometimes, it's hilarious when they're playing cover 4 and you run up the middle.

making them think is a high risk...
why... ppl tend to always blitz if u under center so scratch that out (nano u so in other words ur gunna get sacked or throw an incompletion if hes playing right coverage) it makes u come out of the gun.. now i always blitz a MLB to plug the A gap and get the RB if its a mid draw... if a PA its a sack.. u can block ur RB but that means u wont have an extra target to throw to....
i know i would blitz u real bad... then i would not check out of my play.. and just play flats with DE (if ur running it they'll react to the run not cover the flats, if PA ill pass commit. i always do regardless so the RB doesnt get tackled)
then ill hook zone with DT's if DE's are gunna protect vs sweep...... i use FS and bring him in a lil and plug up that hole.. ull get like 3 yards but there goes ur scheme...

Not a clock killer, but when i want to i can take up a whole half.... but ya reading eckos post.. ur a beast man

i take the whole half if i recieve the kickoff.. if not i stop em and start slinging

running the table.... i use my concepts and strectch out the defense for easy 5 yd gainers..... it takes a bunch of plays to get down field.. on goalline i just delay of until final 6 seconds to snap the ball.

Do you consider it cheesy to wait to snap the ball until 6 seconds on the play clock if you snap it with over two minutes left in the 2nd or 4th quarters? I used to do that but Eggz said it's looked down upon in the Madden community...

A. My opponent is either doing it to me or no huddling all game (This works as a good counter to no huddle)

B. My opponent is obviously cheating Cough MTaylo Cough

C. I am winning or losing by a lot of points and I just want to get the game over with already.

If it is a close sim game with more than 2:30 or so left in the half, I usually snap with about 20-25 seconds on the clock. Sitting there is just plain boring.

best counter to no huddle is good audibles on defense.. miliking the clock will not stop no huddle cuz he still gunna do it....

No huddling is VERY stoppable, its just a little extra something I do to frustrate no huddle people. Clock milking and no huddling, neither is exactly cheap but its a good counter to keep the ball out of their hands.
