If you haven't received your guide after purchase, it is because PayPal was supposed to re-direct you back to a download link. You are not supposed to receive anything by e-mail.

Solution:

E-Mail wynn_ne@yahoo.com with your PayPal name/email information and Mod will give you the download link and PIN promptly.
