Multiple defense! You can play bend but not break defense and you can be aggressive... really! its the complete defense play book that has all the right spices. Trust me! you have to play both styles against the higher levels. You have to be balanced on offense by running and passing the same applies to the defense... you have to be aggressive at times and you have to play the bend but don't break style as well to remain balanced to keep your opponent guessing.

bend but dont break but once i have to play D in the redzone it is bend and break into peices

Im aggressive with my blitz, but on the run i play it safe

I play aggressively, blitzes and zone on every play (:

jeeze i am the most laid back defensive player. keeping everyhing in front of me. Try to force a turnover.
