INJURY GLITCH

If this has already been posted I apologize, but since my connection has been jacked up lately ive been playing my Franchise mode and I notice that if you have a player injured the game before and you play the next game, if you decide to restart the game, that player is not on the injured list and you can play him, I turn the system off and back on and did it again to see if it would work and shonuff it did. Has anybody else noticed this, again if this has already been posted I apologize I am a new guy
