| 3-4 Over Sting Pinch Flipped
The 3-4-Over Sting Pinch was a highly used blitz last year. Problem was the creator of this deadly blitz, and he won many tournaments last year using it. This year, I want to show you a different way of setting up this blitz. Let's hit the practice field and take a look.
At the play call screen, I choose the OLB flip package since I am using the Cowboys. D. Ware is their best pass rusher, so we need him on the right side of the field to blitz. Steps1. Press Y then right to keep your LB in.2. Shift the DL to the right.3. Blitz the DT straight down and slide him one step to the right.4. Hot blitz your LOB down (Press LB to the right to hot blitz him). Or you can click on to him and blitz him down. I like to use the hot blitz because it's quicker). This is what your set up should look like when you're done. You can choose to put any one of the other yellow zones into other coverages to cover different areas of the field. Once the ball is hiked, Ware comes right up the pipe. The result is a sack of the QB. Since this is a 6 man blitz, there is another way you can set it up. The only difference in this set up is that your OLB on the left of the screen is dropped back into coverage. This doesn't bring as much heat, but gives the offense a different look.As you can see, it's still hot in the oven for the QB. Another sack of the QB.Final ThoughtsThis is a nice blitz. If you choose to bring all 6 of the men, you will force the offense to leave someone back to block. Now remember: don't bring all 6 of the men everytime. Also, when you send 5, either the LB or the DE will get in. I suggest to put your fastest DE on the line. Hit the lab, practice this defense, and mix up your set-ups.Link http://www.maddentips.com/forums/ | |

| If you tried this multiple times a game how often would you say you could get a sack. | |

| wow! i use a very similiar set up to this....lol! i add one minor MLB change though: -Fake Blitz -Shift the D-Line Right -Blitz the DT...move 1 step to the Right -Blitz the LOLB....stack him in the Right B-Gap -Stack the MLB...in the Left A-Gap there are soooo many ways to run this play. i love it! i hope this set up adds to you guys game. | |
