One of my Fav D plays

this play i think is very under rated.. and most peeps will think "this sucks"

but it works great for me

46 normal- cov 3 press

what i do is i put the DE (right on screen) in a contain

and i "Turbo" blitz with the other De

the De in the contain gets me lots of picks

this is a good play, i use it alot against people that use power run sets with pa mixed in... very good defense... plus the contain helps destroy the PA... cheers

another good mix is to contain the DE on the left side, and blitz the LB on the right side... sick nasty

hey im kinda new here but ive played madden alot but mostly by the rules ive never tampered with the rosters or quit on any online game i've lost connection dont get me wrong but i once got my ass handed to me 145-25 and i wanted to cry lol im not a quitter never have never will be but wtf is a turbo blitz? is that the hot route blitz? the one where you press a and then the direction down on the right stick? idk what that is?

my favorite play is on i found and perfected in madden 08 its the 3-4 d well theres three of them i like what you do is pick the 3-4 the first two are in stack and its thunder smoke and olb fire or something like that and for thunder smoke you bring the safetys in and then spread your line backers and pinch your line this works great with the steelers or niners or a team with either skilled or fast linebackers for the olb fire you leave the secondary or bring it in depending on the line up then you pinch both your lbs and lineman and what you wana do for both of these is in madden theres a little mess up on how they automatically setup the line theres always space in either of the a gaps so as long as you get closer to the line you can get to the qb before the OL even get in there stance now for the third one its in 3-4 even and its called pinch what you wana do is pinch the line and bring in the secondary and have a team with a fast 2nd string backer and blitz the a gap with that 2nd stringer as hard as you can you have to get the timing right though and it'll almost always lead to a sack or int hahaha ive perfected these three plays in every madden so far and its worked great for me and the good thing with pinch is if you have fast linebackers you can cover a 4 wr set with this defense because of the amount of pressure it causes =] your welcome ladies ;D lol jk

i think in 08 it was trio whip man... either that or 07... but that play was fire... then there was also the line stunts

niners.. if ur 360.. go on the dude u want to turbo blitz.. hold Y for bout 2 secs.. then hold sprint.. while u hold sprint hold the right stick down.. then follow with the left stick

so ur holding 3 things down.. the RT and both sticks

when ur opp says hike let go of only the right stick

i hold down the left stick, L2 and triangle.... then at hte snap i release triangle... thats how i turbo blitz... it works great with Dware, and JHarrison...
