opinion on TEN vs NYJ

I love the 4-4 and the TEN defense and think i have a pretty good solid grasp on it but i was just wondering what everyones opinion is on what would be best for the dolphins the TEN or NYJ PB cause i have used both with sucess

jets is better...personaly i run nickel 3-4 and goaline and its pretty tough to stop...with 3-4 u can really confuse people with a gap pressure and coverage...i don't like the coverage out of the 4-3 and if people can beat the 4-4 than there aint much else in tenn

jets... too many good formations to give up just to get the 44

i run a great 4-4 scheme, but before i thought up my 4-4 i was straight 4-3 all day, if you know how to work it, it can be pretty nice, specially cuz i got two fast OLB's and a tall somewhat fast MLB with good spell men at all positions, if you got the know how to run a legit 4-3 base scheme it can be nasty if not i would recomend the 3-4 as its easier than a 4-3 scheme IMO anyway.

jets is better imo they have alot more formations 2 work from

i love the tennesse playbook i have made so many people my ****** the 4-4 ....i also like the 4-3, i have a few good blitzes out of it and it is also good with the run...if you know how to use it u can play sum pretty good coverage and if all else fails i just turbo blitz all day out of the dime or nickel...seems to work for me

I am 4-3 guy through & through so to have a 4-3 base book with the 4-4 is real nice i dont go straight 4-4 all day i have a balanced attack with my 4-3 scheme's and my 4-4 scheme's, then dip into my nickle & dime packages if i need to.

I'm not trying to sound mean, but are you guys serious?! Before I start let me just tell you guys something...

The 1-5-5 is the easiest formation to run against. Before evrygame I start I wish my opponent runs the 1-5-5 ( it has so many flaws )

The Odd- Spilt is just a pathetic version of the 4-4. Its horrible against the run. And it just looks ugly lol.

Okay I'll give you the 3-4 I wish the Tenn PB had i, but I'm happy with the 4-3.

Odd-Split is like a 4-4 with better coverage, but it's not as good against the run.

the odd-split has better coverage but doesnt control the gaps as well and you cant bring outside heat like you can in the 4-4 i fee like this applies to the 2-4-5 as well, good coverage, not as stout against the run, every formation has its ups and downs.

gotta agree with guru and BRB...I like the 4-4 better overall it has worked a lot better for me anyway but everyone likes their own stuff so i mean im not saying the NYJ is bad i just like TEN a lot better for me with the constant pressure and pretty good coverage if you can be a decent user

yeah the coverage in the 4-4 IMO is based on how well you as a user skill guy are at covering the field if you can take away the short to deep middle it really hurts your OPP. but if you cant cover it can hurt you, the coverage in the 4-4 can be great if you have great range as a user guy, the jets book is nasy in its own right though.

I prefer the Jets too. They have a bit of everything in there.
