Stopping Goal Line run

I use pitsburg defense, how do you stop goal line running plays? I play a guy who uses SD and he runs with Sproles and if he breaks a hole Sproles is usually gone ... can someone tell me the best setup to stop goal line running plays

One of my favorite things to do is come out in quarters then audible down to a goalline play. One of my favorites is RZ stop

To stop the goal line i usually use jam middle and put the defensive ends in the flat, to get to the outside.
